All I can see from that link is that the government are ramping up their processes to attract even more south east asians to Canada, whilst the rest of us have to sit up and beg.

Its a stipulation of 'shared ownership' if wishing to sell or buy more of a property, which i was considering (and kill 2 birds with one stone), but I thought it was more of an official valuation too...

Yes it is, I thought I was doing the right thing by not doing it that way for all the wrong reasons, and now here I am. My intention was to go to Vancouver, but i think they're over populated anyway...

I wrote emails, that way you have proof of contact and they ate more likely to reply as it is convenient for them compared to typing a letter. I had one reply stating that their office had burnt down...
