Woohoo!! I remember you too, we also came out in 2007 on student visa, took 5 years for PR, now in citizenship queue .......nobody can appreciate how tough it is on a student visa until you've done...

I had to renew mine last month, I had no problem just took passports with stamp in and I took original BVA letters and they renewed cards for 12 months.

From someone who used them and got the whole fee returned for been given inaccurate (basic) information ...I personally would stick with those who come highly recommended.

If you want to work in TAFE you just need the Cert 4 Training and Assessment qualification and 5 years industry experience; you could RPL the TAA with a lot of your Cert Ed through a training...

Hi

I think you would have to get an assessment as Vocational Teacher (trades or non trades depending on what you teach). You will need a degree for this.

Check the Immigration website there is whole explanation on fee free applications. If you have 175 in and you apply for ENS121 it says you are entitiled to fee free application.

Its a good idea to apply for both for 2 reasons that I can see (only because I have found out the hard way!)

1. If you have kids there are no international school fees to pay on graduate visa...
