As I understand the situation if you do not register with RAK land office, you are not the registered owner.

Not sure how long you have to complete the registration.

I assume you have NO bank...

I live in RAK, Phase 1 Town house.

The RB development is slowly reaching compltion.

Just look at Google Earths idea of Al Hamra, even phase one is a wreck, no update for years.....yet Dubais...

Been in UAE for a few years, and really got to like the toilet shower.

Hate the wet pants due to the flooded floor.

Perhaps better than taxi, as some exploring in Hatta is possible.
