But it can mean over $7000 a year to me to get it right with the amount of travel I do.

I think the first timers will not really be wasting time if they get the tax accountant to explain things...

just cost me $99 to get my tax return done and I was amazed by the refund I got.:)

We regularly walk to the beach, its 1.6km and takes 10-15mins.
I feel what we have recently bought is an absolute bargain.
What does it matter if its a duplex, we love the house. As I stated before...

Im not sure where the overpriced housing tag comes from either.
Ive just bough a 3 by 1 10 minutes walk to the ocean and 15 minutes drive into perth, i bought for $350000 so...

Home sickness isnt a bad thing, I think people who are 100% happy with where they live still feel homesick somtimes.

BUT dont hang out with people who will just bring you down, we met a lovely...

I can count on one hand the amount of rain we have had in perth in the last 6months. :) (not a good thing btw)

The strange thing is, perth actually gets more rain over the year than manchester,...

Funny that just look at average rainfalls and hobart gets a full 1 cm more rain than perth every year :)
