Dammam is decent in comparison to Khobar, Khamis Mushayt or the other areas where oil industry is based.

In terms of apartment rents, the Greens is pretty reasonable.The other properties of Sheikh Zayed road may be better in terms of quality or other facilities but they are exorbitantly priced.
