Hi,

We are going out on a 457 visa, and my contract for sponsor is 2 years and that is what we had to put on the visa form for that question as it is only a 2 year contract but they can extend it...

The receptionist is right that they do need a letter from panel doc asking for extra info but they have to specify on the letter what info they want regarding your health as i had to get some from my...

Hi Jamesflorraine,

As far as i am aware when you get all your visas they will be all working working which means you can all work in Oz.

Might be different depending on agents etc, we have not been told about any costs being reimbursed to us and not been charged any costs either. :)
