I saw Anglo Pacific at the Australia Expo in London 2 weeks ago. They seemed very good and sent an information pack very quickly. Allied Pickfords seem to be good too and may match cheaper...

I don't think you need a minimum number of lessons although if you've never driven before you'll obviously need quite a few!
