Like you we did tell them way back in 2008 however I think because its taken so long they kinda forgot or thought we would never go. Got to tell my sis tomorrow and I am dreading it!! wish me luck:D

from Scotland..case officer allocated August 2009 and medicals requested [B]September and in the same week were told visa's on hold till 2012. Medicals requested again Jan 2010.

Hi everyone

So many people have come and gone on BE...we applied for our visa July 2008 and after tears sweat and alot of stress..I got the phonecall from my agent to say WE HAVE GOT OUR VISA....

things seem to be moving again....we had our medicals requested a week before the email came out with hold on visa's till 2012..gutted was the understatement of the year after nearly 2 years of...

Visa Bureau are amazing we were affected by the changes in Sept 09 and our visa was put on hold till 2012 just after we were about to get medicals done..anyway to cut a long story short...

You are absolutely entitled to complain or chase as you see fit...individuals should be heard and yes when we have adhered to timescales etc etc and our simple expectations have not been met then...
