Go for the smaller agents and dont listen to any nonsense about rentals etc.

Ask them their commission and dont be afraid to haggle!

There are agents out there at 2.5% with the average at 5%!!!...

Warm versus colder and colder really!

Spain has more infrastructure and easier to get to from uk, but depends what you are looking for and where to live, the adriatic coast or Italy is beautiful...

Many people come and go - in the 13 yeras I have been here even my 1st husband could take it!!! (or me, not sure which) and anyhow, I actually think its a culture shock for many, they come here...

I do recall snow down as far as the Ronda road some years back and flurries that didnt settle - hopefully it will stay away and anyone wanting it can drive for an hour or so to get it!!!
