Price of flight back to UK

Hi All,
We have lived in Calgary for 3 1/2 years now and we are looking at going back to UK in April 2012 for a "holiday".
Just wondering what price people have paid for flights for two adults and...

We have just used 'Yes Car hire.com' who gave the best rate for a weeks rental. They cover all the insurance and extra driver etc.
Dodge Caravan for a week costs £201 all in.

We are leaving LOTS of family behind on Feb 12th to start our news lives in Calgary. Leaving party on 2nd Feb, which will be tough.

We use a number to ring Canada for 1/2 p per minute....

She can work straight away as she will have permanent residency, the same as yourself. The only restrictions that you will both have relates to voting etc as you are not a citizen.

I think the phone part of the deal is around $55 / month.

I don't know where you got £5k from, its cost us £125 for our dog as excess baggage. I think all the 'agents' charge a fortune when it can be arranged yourselves.
Air Canada were more than helpful...

Air Canada allow you to take your pets as excess baggage as long as the combined weight of them and the container does not exceed 32kgs.
Just phone them for more info.
Its costing us £125 (ish)
