typically you get re measured about 6 weeks from the end and they then make final adjustments to the uniform and this is then tailored accordingly, you don't have to worry about them.

Don't worry about any of the running in the training, no run is really further than 5k, I am 7 weeks into training and so far everyone has been able to keep up and our class of 20 has good and bad...
