My parents applied for their visa April 2009, does anyone know roughly how quickly people are being assigned a case officer and then how long people are in a queue for?

This trip is a spur of the moment thing and have only just got her an Australian Passport, does she really need a British Passport?

Question Kids passports expiry

Our kids passports have got there visas stamped in but the passports expire in May 2007 and we fly to Australia on February 27th 2007, meaning that there is only 3 months on them. Does this matter?
