I am living in these area's and the papers or sites do not do it justice. There are many places here just to walk, take kids to play and many leisure activities. You have to be hear and explore.

That sounds cheap in comparison to British Columbia Canada. We now pay £100 a month in canada (with 6 years NCBonus), I used to pay £13 a month in UK.Here you cant even choose the local government...

We were in central Vancouver but have moved further out for the schools. Pitt meadows.... nice family area. ok to commute from here in Vancouver. There is also the West coast express train from here...

If you move to BC be sure you know where you can find work as it is very difficult to fall into a normal paid job, and they take forever to recruit.
