Try www.rentnewcars.com.au we used them with a one way hire, they supply new cars from Europcar cheaper than Europcar themselves.

I think the blocks in Halpine are also slightly bigger and slightly cheaper aswell. Although they are missing the kids playparks and bbq area's.
