I've thought abou this a lot over the years. I've settled on using a factor of 2.5. So for example £50k equiv would be $125K.

I don't understand why it's complex. All I do is click on the unblock-us icon and choose 'connect' or 'disconnect'. It couldn't be more simple!!

It's got things wrong. For example it says that the Tirikaka settlement railway cottages are in Khandallah, but they're not they are in Ngaio.

I've just started looking in to this myself last week. I've just received a quote from Partners Life for Income protection, Trauma, Life, TPD and Medical. Yeah it's not cheap - a few hundred dollars...

Mine is $39 per week. It's a boutique type gym, very nice and its like having a personal trainer every time you're there. I tried the $17pw City Fitness local to me and hated it with a passion!

Thanks! I think I would sell a house myself. Everyone I know just looks on Trademe for the new listings daily then go to the open home if they are interested in a viewing. I don't really understand...

In NZ, when selling your house, how much money does the Real Estate agency take? For example if a house sells for $650,000 – how much money does the vendor actually get after all expenses etc?
