you only need a cert 4 whs to be a safety adviser on a construction site
but they like some sort of work experience on site too

I have done much research and there is huge amount of jobs for right people

health and safety people are always required for some reason

not sure any backpackers would qualify though

carpentry level 3 is what you would need to be a licensed carpenter

but normal trade tools is fine I shipped my whole kit of carpentry tool over even 110v ones I have never used gave them a good...

and with no name or reg number anyone can use it,

the worst for it are the chinese
if I buy a 50c pencil at the newsagent they give me one so why do I have to ask when I spend 90...
