The real estate conference did cost me some money to attend. But the forecast is only a small part of the whole conference. The most part is presentations by professionals on a large number of topics...

the overselling of seats is done by a lot of airlines. Apparently there are people in this world who book a flight and then do not turn up. but then in the event every one does turn up the airline...

A quick google check revealed you have a choice of TD, CIBC OR BMO banks. Personally i would recommend TD.

As an earlier post has said you can open one on line, but if not, just go in to the bank...

when we moved 7 years ago and put the boys into the catholic system, we thought they would do all the christmas stuff.

For my eldest boy who was then 9 it was the lack of christmas at the school...

no i heard it sometime on a real estate course. The acerage I look after has about 1gpm, but because it has a big tank, is no problem at all to the residents.

Do you have a holding tank. I was told 6 gallons a minute is the minium you want without a holding tank and may be time of year etc you are less than that.

I deal with a lot of expats who are wanting to rent. There are two ways

1. Some have rented from me from the UK. They book into a hotel for may be one night and then they meet me at the house...

Things are always changing in real estate. If the 'competition act' regulators get their way they are wanting the ability for buyers being able to go straight to the sellers and by pass the realtor....

I think their thinking was to change it so that in the long run they can make it better.

The realtor.ca is being constantly upgraded and street maps etc are coming. Also a link to local demographics so you can get an idea of the income range of your neighbours and ethnic mix.

Obviously you do not expect a refund, but then if you were selling a house then you are the one paying the realtor and is in a position to negotiate. but to quote 'almost canadian'

There are two 'official' off leash areas. The main one is by the river in Riverview. Go south along River Ave and before the iron bridge turn left into the car park and then you have just under 1 km...
