Hey - No idea on the places your are referring to, but you can't go wrong with Joondalup and Currumbine. Easy access to Freeway, and also both areas have train stations!!

We have now been in Perth for 1 year. It's a lovely place, but too quiet for us. There doesn't seem to be alot of choice of 'entertainment' and we have done every touristy thing to be done....
