for HSBC its 6.40 and calculated monthly..

Guess you should go to each bank websites, they have section of home loans. It gives check lists for home buying etc, thats a good start...

I do rate them never had a problem. Even when opening an account. The did started discussing when i wanted to open account but i convinced them so no major issues till date...4 starts from me... ;)...
