I do sympathise, when I first started looking at schools I used league tables for senior schools eg. percentage of pupils achieving grade A-C pass at GSCE, I would then look at the feeder schools...

I think most estate agents would like to see more realistic prices it's just convincing the sellers! You can spot houses that are on for too much money as they're still for sale 6 months on, buyers...

We used Chess removals from Perth to UK, a 20ft container cost approx £6500 including insurance. Good service, packers etc. no problems. Good luck!
