Question-Add one sibling to old immigrantion application

I forgot to add one sibling when I apply immigrant to Canada. What kind of procdure I should follow to update my old immigrantion case.

BYW, The current interview appointment time for toronto is 30 days. So we may have to plan atleast 30 days before the Visa expires.

You are entering Canada for permament Residency. Right! So you need to Get your PR Card when you enter 1st.( You can come & go several times as long as you follow the 5/2 residency...
