I agree! I have asked him several times to speak to an immigration lawyer. He and his partner maintain that's what they've been told to do. Since he flies out tomorrow I guess we'll see what happens.

I'm not sure what it means, either its the term my nephew (English citizen) used. No he is not military and I don't think has enough qualifications to qualify for an employment based visa.

I have 3 weeks of PTO per year, that's my sick and vacation.

I work for a small employer who used to let (although it wasn't in the policies) me (well I was the only one that took advantage)...

You could use the 241 toll roads to get to the 91 and out to riverside Chino. It can be bad if you are heading out that way at rush hour, we routinely head up to Arrowhead and find that if we leave...

Thanks Rene! I don't think it's a L-1 as it sounds like she is coming for the summer and will be participating in a "10 week internship program".

I'll have to wait and see what my colleagues find...

Ya know I could do that with the 12 mm needles, but they've given me 4mm length needles and they tend to get blunt/dull quicker and hurt! Ouch. I definitely seem to be going through the 4mm quicker.
