We went with them because they seemed to have good reviews and were helpful on the phone.

We were really pleased with them until our stuff arrived, and a lot of it was broken/chipped/scratched...

We shipped over a washer-dryer from the UK (it's just over a year old) and it worked fine for a month or so, but has suddenly stopped working - power is getting to it but it won't start... any ideas?...

Our cousin was our AOS and she was in the UK at the time of lodging the bond - it was a massive hassle (but wouldn't be if she'd had a Commonwealth bank account), but was possible. Good luck!

I don't think anywhere else could feel like home - England used to but not when we're thinking of the future (lifestyle, kids etc)... Melbourne just felt right... I'm so glad we made this choice,...
