I visited CE on new years eve which was the first time since August 2009. A little bit of movement in villa building was observed but I could probably count on one hand the number of villas started...

Hi - to say plots are flooding the market is inaccurate. I visited the shed last week and had the list. There are may be about 20 plots that Fadesa have. In addition there are very few plots for sale...

Hi - I only noticed villa plots - not many for sale - but some did have sold on them. One of them is a few plots away from mine. In April it was for sale -and it has moved to sold in the last 3-4...

I walked right up to it and took a picture - simple as that. Its the roundabout at the far end of the site - east.
