When they're good, they're very good. Our passports and COPRs were received in Buffalo Monday, and I received the corrected documents Wednesday. That's what I call service! I used USPS Express...

My partner and I received our COPRs and passports with visas attached, unfortunately our photos were interchanged on the COPRs. I faxed Buffalo about the error and today got notification to return...

I agree - it's great and searchable and all that. I'm completely addicted myself, I'm just saying that God invented CD burners for a reason, and that reason is emotionally unstable hard drives.

If your record keeping is electronic rather than paper, back up that file! You know hard drives are engineered to crash at the most inopportune times! :eek:

Another fellow in Canada said that within Canada the mail service is different, apparently there is some courier service involved, anyway, I believe that they routinely take longer inside Canada. ...

Thanks, they are a Toyota and a Mazda. I guess I'm just anxious to get my ducks all in a row. I think I will wait until June. - hate to get to the border and have the vehicle refused entry.
