caips - BDEC date with no status

caips - BDEC date with no status
I am concerned that our caips notes file shows a BDEC date, but no status. 
It looks like this:
PSDEC 1 13-09-2004
BDEC __ 15-02-2005
OREQ 0
FILE BF'D TO: NEW ON 20-03-2005
Does anyone know what could have happened on 2/15/05?

Actually, I know that is the "bring forward" date and "NEW" are the initials of to whom the file will be brought forward. Apparently it's like a tickle file and on 3/20/05, today, someone will get a notice to look our file over and update anything that can be updated. Or so I believe.

Well, today being a Sunday, most probably nobody will look at your file . Hope the alert will pop-up tomorrow when the immigration officer logs into the system .
