When did you get your acknowledgement? My parents got their acknowledgement in August and I am just trying to work out when they might get their case officer.

I work round the corner from the Lord Wolseley in Ultimo, it is my local on a Friday lunchtime. We used to be able to sit in the park but that's been stopped. Still the staff are nice - its a right...
