If I am honest, Laptop I would get from Dell, or if you must, Good guys had some good offers on and knock a lot off for cash. They knocked $300 off my 42" TV down to $1098, and also knocked $44 off...

Slightly off topic, but I was a "downloader" in the UK, I used to manage to drag down not much short of a terrabytes worth of data a fortnight, BT eventually started throttling me.

3 weeks since we arrived in Perth.

AND I STILL LOVE THE PLACE....:p

We managed to secure a really nice almost new rental within walking distance of the train station and shops, both of us have secured jobs in our first 3 weeks...

We have about $40k which we are hoping will last us about 12-14 months, we dont need want or have a car, until we get jobs. Hopefully that will be soon after we arrive.
