Look into UK's overseas landlord tax. I believe then tenant or agent is responsible for collecting and submitting it. There are ways to minimize. But it could eat into the rental money quite a bit.

A 3 prong usa dryer outlet has 2 (two) 110v hot (positive) wires and 1 (one neutral). Unlike the UK which has 1 (one) 220v positive, 1 (one) neutral and 1 (one) ground.

I have several 3k transformers and have run my espresso machine off one with success. If your machine requires more than 2200 watts then you are going to need a bigger wattage transformer than 3k....

My wife has had 3 EAD cards under E3D and has never done biometrics for the card. The card does have something written on where it says biometrics but I can't remember.
