We put our house on the market 5 months before we got our visa.
We have now been in Australia for 6 months and our house is still not sold!
It is standing empty, but have wonderful neighbours...

How many points do you have Jane? 'Cos it wouldn't matter if you have 150, so long as you've got the 120 that's all that matters, the extra 30 points would count for nothing.
