My friend currently in US having L1 visa. He had an approved H1B.. But it expired in Sep 2003. If he wants to change his employer, is there any way he can use the previous H1. He never stamped this...

Post finger print in US passport - which finger? Left/right hand? Thumb?

I've got the US passport for my 3 month old kid.
There is a place for signature...One of my friend told that kid's fingerprint should be there in the passport. But he was not sure which finger?...

Since my wife was pregnant, my case was on hold for a while

Last week I've sent baby's 4 passport photos and birth certificate...

But I could not...

I'm suppose to send the PCC by mid of June. What will be the outcome, if I'm not able to send within the period allocated by DIMIA. Can I request DIMIA for extra time?
