We are over in the USA on an E2 visa- we are always eager to share our experience as it is a difficult visa. But then again, i am pretty sure they all are! it took us about 2 years...

Our consultant managed to fit everything in, luckily.

Now worried about what to bring! We thought we didn’t have to bring everything again- like receipts, invoices, training certificate etc.

Premium processing is not available at the London Embassy.

Yes there is a backlog at the moment, just a waiting game. Plan for it taking a lot longer than anticipated!

Thank you for all the very helpful comments. I agree that the blood test is more traumatic than the actual injection (for our little one anyway) so decided to have the Chickenpox vaccinations...

That's good to know! Thank you. We are looking at international medical insurance for the first few months and then will purchase insurance once we are settled. I think this is the best option...

We did consider taking the dogs to the aiport with us but with two kids, 8 suitcases and hand luggage I am not sure we would even manage to transport them to the airport with us. The travel crates...

Hi

We are hoping to be success with our E2 submission (fingers crossed).

We have looked at Health Care and had some quotes for a 12 month policy which we would buy before we move to the USA.
