The simple answer to your question is NO. An NVQ qualification will not make a blind bit of difference. To be assessed by TRA you need to show a minimum of 6 years training/experience...

Sorry mate but that is rubbish.
If you want to use an AQF to get through TRA you must be able to show a minimum of four years of employed experience in the trade that you are to be assessed...

TRA - it is about time people started to make complaints to the minister. TRA have no compassion for new migrants and appear to sit on cases for 3/4mths and then decide to process the application....
