Indeed they are very low rates( 2% or 4%), but the issue is, people are over their heads at 2% with huge mortgages....so when you are short of cash, no job, living on savings or low incomens, going...

if you can take a good fixed rate for at least 5 years...take it!!
rates will go over 2% ( + your add up rate).....inflation rising and ECB just looking at that...and if the economy recovers they...

Say, you have H1B and is working, you filed for F1 and quit your job.

Before F1 is approved, you are not...
