Not sure if these guys cover you area, but we used Rocky Mountain Overseas when we moved from Colorado to Melbourne 2 years ago.

Excellent service, very responsive, not too expensive....

We've, for now, rented a house in Glen Waverley, one of the eastern suburbs. It's decently close to the trains and the Monash freeway and shopping centres.
