Most UK Policies are global, However, may be dificult to set up out side of UK. We have a UK policy at the moment but will be transfering to Aus Policy soon.

Correct all site tools here are 240Volt and must be tested every 3 months with relavent test certificates etc ready for inspection.

So 110 V will not be a lot of use

My references were not checked out until after I got the job (two months after in fact) and yes, generally,they do check all qualifications...
