Re: Health care costs reduced!

Actually jerk I came back for one reason. I omitted to comment on your pre-1979 jibe. Seems to me I'm talking to a very deluded Tory here and an old one at that. Then I look at the sycophantic...

Re: Health care costs reduced!

Whatever you say idiot. You seem to have your opinions and are very extreme about them. Your opinions are not only pre 1979 but they don't even matter in the UK workplace. Anyway why am I...

Re: Health care costs reduced!

To clarify. No we earned the same wages and did the same job. Rates for the job are not generally 'negotiated' in any Government job. I don't know where you ever experienced wage negotiating going...

Re: Health care costs reduced!

I've been a single man with no kids in the UK earning a lot less than married men in the very same job! It's a complete rip-off when you suddenly realise you are subsidising the other man's family...

Re: Budweiser was nasty before, but this ....

I always wondered why that was! Seems a bit irresponsible not to let us know what % of alcohol is in it, and what we have actually consumed in units if you ask me. I'm drinking Miller these days, in...

Re: Interesting site giving population data per zipcode

Wink Re: Interesting site giving population data per zipcode

I don't know maybe they went somewhere else. I mean I saw a bumper sticker saying 'Oklahoma is OK', hardly a boast is it now? Surely it should read 'Oklahoma is better than OK'? Not sure a place...

Re: Interesting site giving population data per zipcode

The myth of Scotch-Irish taints all American statistics. They seem unable to differentiate between Scottish and Irish, and even today Americans find it hard to believe that the Scots and English...

No surprise to me really. I saw one at fairly close range while I was messing around with my float at North Padres Island. Scarey thought really since there is 40 miles of beach there and anywhere...
