It would be unusual for NS to experience snow in May.Av temp should be around 10/15 ish.
May can be unpredictable in terms of rain,but beautiful with regards to trees budding and coming alive again...

Your choice does depend a lot on what type of property etc u want/budget etc.

Some really good up and coming areas around Kingswood[as Corky said]...
