My husband and I are big fans of the BBC. The documentaries are great and the lack of advertisements is an added bonus. How would one access these channels in Canada? Would it require a satellite dish or is available in any cable package in Canada? Has anyone managed to get these channels?

For previous discussions on this subject just type BBC into the forum search engine.

We subscribe to Bell ExpressVu (mostly for the kids.....as we don't watch that much TV) But we have BBC World which shows mostly news, but does have Top Gear, and BBC kids, which is good coz you get things like Black Adder and Little Britain, and if your'e really desperate.......Hollyoaks !

Wonderful - Little Britain - I would be lost without it.... although the last season is coming to an end.

Our son downloads any British shows on his PC and puts them on discs so he can watch them anytime.
Personally I couldn't care less
