What about if one has a local will mentioning that the bank account goes to the spouse and nobody contests...

Haven't flown Penang to KL, but in Penang, international and domestic arrivals baggage collection is in the same place,But domestic arrivals need not pass customs.there.

But nothing is wrong there, it is only the ''Vaccinee Details'' of the pdf printout...

I would think one should raise this issue with the lawyer involved in the purchase and if applicable the property agent.
