Murdered by the Malaysian government. Coupled with the fact that the new MM2H rules mean, amongst other stupidity, you have to have an offshore income of at least £8,000/month!

This applies for Sabah.
But I believe it would be quite difficult to realise today as only approximately 18% of the population is fully vaccinated.

So it is not only the foreigners who are targeted.
However, it may happen in a not too distant future, such conditions are being discussed and will be enforced in countries all over the world!
