It turned out to be being held by an agency.

And with equal respect, you will find if you read my sig line that I have lived in New Zealand and Australia - 5 years in NZ and nearly 10 years in Australia.

If its so bad and crowded why dont people move to a rural area?, property is cheaper, a citys always going to be close to you in the UK anyway, traffics bad they have trains.
