If your child aged out, there is a new memo which may help, they will have to file a motion to reopen but there are no USCIS fees

I have just had a call from Mr Shusterman regarding the CSPA. In two weeks he is heading a meeting with AILA on this very subject and will update when I have more info. He has requested court papers...

My advise is to check out they employ a lawyer to do you application. Also that the lawyer is a member of a bar assn in the usa

Contact www.flbar.org think they give referrals to qualified lawyers...
