For the transfer your best bet is to use a specialist currency company as there will be No Fees...

It sounds like you will need to open a multi currency business account in China/HK for your clients to pay into and then for you to pay your suppliers. Are you currently paying them in US$?...

It is rare for an Aussie bank to charge a Receiving Fee and sometimes it can be an Intermediary Bank that takes money from the transfer as explained by old.sparkles.
