UPDATE!!

My husband received his passport back along with his big sealed envelope to hand over to immigration once we arrive yesterday - very quick turnaround

Hi all,

Firstly thanks for all the help and advice on here... It was all taken on board and I think really helped us. :thumbsup:

My husband had his interview scheduled for Friday 4th October...

Our app is at 10, I'll be in London with work that week anyway. So he is flying down on the Thursday night and we're staying in a hotel nearby, this is the easiest way for us.

I logged on yesterday to check the status of our application, the embassy has updated the status to say my husband is ready for his interview, but we have no date yet - this was 19th...

I know I cannot put my husbands current income down as it will not continue (it states this on the instructions)

The amount for a household of 2 is $19,387 (so is it 3x this amount?)

I keep seeing 125% of the HHS Poverty Guidelines

Also, if our savings is more than the poverty guidelines mount... do we need his uncle to still also complete a I-864?

**Filing Taxes**

I wasn't married until the end of 2012 - do I fill these forms out with my single name or do I fill them out as I am now? Married with my new name etc?
