Can anyone recommend an orthopaedic surgeon (in Penang) who is up to date on the latest from the West? I've had artificial disk replacement (in UK) and am looking for follow on care here....

Uh-oh. Back from Singapore and seems we forgot the hops! By any chance is anyone out there able to get to a brew supply shop? Hops come in very small packets that weigh next to nothing....

Yes and yes. He has used Coopers, which iBrew carries a range of, and has also used Muntons. Happy to try and field other queries later on.

I've seen seeds at TESCO and also at hardware stores. Green beans are easy to grow from seed and like good sun. Try for the trailing type rather than bush beans. Trailing ones can be trained around...
