Yes, it is paid. The majority of my work comes from Malaysia (and as such, payments are usually in Malaysian currency). Although I would prefer to hire expats in Malaysia (because they are generally used to Malaysian's particular ways of doing and saying things), it's really aimed at anyone with an internet connection.

Dear Phil, a long shot as I'm currently in the UK but arrive in the Far East in January through to April 2015.
