my search is over
I found the right milk
I tried a few different types but my favourite that I could even drink and not just put in my tea was the Australian fresh milk that comes in green or pink tetra packs .
Happy days

I know someone else (many other people?
) may disagree, but I found the "full fat" Dutch Lady to be OK with coffee. Didn't drink much tea, but the supermarket in the LG floor of the Gardens Mall (think it was a Cold Storage?) had a decent range of teas, as did the one at the Curve/Ikano place (there's a Tesco there too, though I didn't use it much).
(For info, I stayed in Cheras for some time, then moved to Damansara. The Giant in Cheras Leisure Mall wasn't too bad, and even stopped sealing my laptop bag after I'd been going in for a few months! Pity the same can't be said about the place in the Tropicana mall / apartments by Damansara Uptown.
