I'd be VERY wary of relying on those calorie burn figures! The normal rule of thumb is about 100 calories per mile unless you're either:

a) doing 4 minute miles, or
b) carrying an extra 200...

Not sure about Barclays, but I use Internet banking and/or telephone banking with Natwest. I'd guess Barclays can offer the same facility. Only drawback is a £10,000 per day limit.
