Don't bother asking the local branches for details most don't have a clue, just use them to sign anything, and do the rest direst with Oz, via internet, or call the international banking number.

My opinion, after a year is that on average you can count on it being at least 5C warmer than southern UK, It's 31C today, but has been low 20s for last 2 weeks. It is quite variable, but I've not...

yes it will be ok, have been in Oz since February, and been to India on business, and likewise Indians have visited here, both ways no problems with laptops.

We arrived in Melbourne last Tuesday, after a long flight via LA and Sydney. Security checks in the US are now crazy, plus we were randomly selected for extra checks. They even searched our luggage...
